Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Chauffeurs may communicate in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Child seats are available by advance request for a separate fee.
Foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage compartment when declared in advance, but the vehicle does not have a wheelchair ramp or lift.
